SHIPPING POLICY

HOW WE SHIP

Most of our products ship from our Los Angeles warehouse in San Dimas, CA.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. See map for transit days.
We ship to all locations within the United States.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii call for shipping rates.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or internationally at this time.
Express shipping (eg: Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) call for options.
Large packages (exceeding UPS Ground guidelines) will ship using freight services.
Bulk orders are eligible for freight services.

ORDER SHIPPING PROCESS

Please allow 1-2 working days to process orders.
In-stock* orders received before 3:00 p.m. PST Monday–Friday are usually shipped the same day.
All orders will receive a status update email, within 1-2 working days, showing expected ship date(s).
All shipped orders will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 5-7 working days for out-of-stock or non-stock items to ship.
We will ship partial shipments on orders containing items in-stock & out-of-stock.

*We stock most all Pelican Protector Cases and Storm Cases (black with foam). All other cases, colors and interior options are subject to delayed shipping. As we aim to make every effort to service our customers in a timely manner, our stock levels and demand vary from day to day. EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping (eg: Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) is available on most items.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

Items are considered on backorder if not available to ship within 10 working days.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible on orders containing items on backorder.

SHIPPING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

Custom Case Group does not ship on the following 2019 dates:
Weekends
New Year’s Eve/Day
MLK Day
Presidents Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving – November 28-29
Christmas – December 23-27

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment of your item(s).

IN-STORE PICK UP (WILL CALL)

We do offer in-store (will call) pick up!
During the checkout process you can select “in-store (will call)” as your shipping option.
If selecting “in-store (will call)”  you must input our warehouse location (see below) as your ship to address.
We will notify you via email or phone as soon as your order is available for pick up.
All will call orders are available for pick up at our San Dimas, CA warehouse only.
